By accessing or using the Prestora website (the “Site”) or submitting an inquiry through it, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What we do — and what we don't
Prestora is not a lender, bank, or direct funding source. We are a marketplace that connects businesses with third-party funding providers. We help you compare options and choose what fits your business.
- Prestora does not make credit decisions, guarantee approval, or guarantee specific rates or terms.
- All offers come from independent third-party funding providers, and each provider makes its own underwriting decisions.
- Revenue-based funding is a purchase of future receivables, not a loan. Terms vary by provider and are not guaranteed.
- Approval, amounts, rates, and timelines depend on the information you provide and each provider's criteria.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent to submit an inquiry. By submitting information, you confirm that it is accurate, current, and complete, and that you are authorized to share it.
Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Providing false or misleading information may result in your inquiry being declined or terminated. Funding providers may verify the information you provide, which may include soft or hard credit inquiries as described during the application process.
Quotes and offers are estimates
Any amount, rate, term, or speed shown on the Site is an example or estimate for illustration only and is not an offer, commitment, or guarantee. Actual offers are made solely by third-party funding providers and depend on their evaluation of your business.
Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Submit false, fraudulent, or unauthorized information.
- Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Site or its infrastructure.
- Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or content that infringes others' rights.
Intellectual property
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by Prestora or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without our prior written permission.
Third-party links and providers
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and references to third-party funding providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, policies, or practices. Your dealings with any funding provider are solely between you and that provider.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prestora disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prestora and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site or any funding provider's products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prestora and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Prestora maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
